Terms of service

Jon is a family assistant provided by Vitall Pte Ltd, Singapore. It answers questions and helps plan meals, learning, weekends and household notes through WhatsApp and the website at agntjon.com. Access is currently by invitation.

You must be an adult to create an account, and you are responsible for what is done with it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Adults you add to your family can see and change the family’s information. You confirm that you have the right to enter any information about other people, including children in your care.

Jon gives practical suggestions, not professional advice. Recipes, allergy checks, learning suggestions and activity ideas are a help, not a guarantee: always check ingredients, labels and venues yourself, especially where allergies, health or children’s safety are concerned. Jonis not a medical, legal, educational or emergency service.

Do not use Jon for anything unlawful, to harm or harass anyone, to send spam, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Some features need a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. You own the information you give us; you grant us only what we need to run the service for you.

We work to keep Jon available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Vitall Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice, and will give you a way to download your data first.
